GROSS SALARY: 60k

A full-time experienced chef is required for a family of four in Paris. The family is particularly interested in incorporating more vegan dishes into their lifestyle. Therefore, the chef must have a wide variety of vegan recipes in their repertoire and be experienced in cooking and serving vegan cuisine.

This role requires a motivated candidate who is capable of managing the whole kitchen, including food shopping, menu planning and preparing three meals each working day for all four family members (two adults & two children).

​

The family occasionally host dinner parties and the chef must be happy to cater to this and must be able to work well in high pressure environments. 

​

Maintaining a healthy, well balanced diet using fresh and local ingredients is of great importance to the family. As such, the candidate must have a network of great local vendors, knowledge of local ingredients as they grow seasonally and a willingness to adapt meal plans according to this.

​

Working days are Monday-Friday, exact hours TBC.
