TE1306

LOCATION: Greece

GROSS SALARY: 52K DOE

LIVE-IN/LIVE-OUT: Live-in when on duty

A HNW family based in Greece are currently looking for an experienced native English rota-nanny for a 7-day, 24-hour cover (with monitor) rota position caring for their two little girls aged 4 and 1.5. Their current nanny is due to finish her role at the end of the month, so the candidate needs to be available to start ASAP.

They are ideally looking for someone long-term who can commit to a minimum of 2 years. The successful candidate will be cheery and kind, yet professional, with the ability to understand boundaries. Must have experience doing 24-hour cover and overseas experience in order to hit the ground running.

This is a childcare focused role with no cooking or laundry duties. Someone creative would be well suited to the role as the girls thoroughly enjoy arts & crafts. The 4yo has developed a love of learning with her previous nanny, so someone capable of assisting with homework is essential in order to maintain her enthusiasm. Other duties will include taking the girls to outdoor activities and having some fun with them!

Although the family have been restricted due to the ongoing pandemic, when permitted, this position will require extensive travel. This is often very last minute; therefore, the family requires somebody who is easy going and highly flexible, who enjoys travelling the world and is not overwhelmed by spur of the moment plans.

Proxy parenting has not been required in the past, but the nanny must be willing and capable if the situation arises. Additionally, the family would like a nanny who does not mind working closely with the mother as she is very involved in making decisions about the girls’ schedules and plans.

When on duty the nanny will be provided with their own bedroom and bathroom, accommodation off duty is TBD.

If you would like to apply for this position please email your CV, DBS, Pediatric First Aid & references to melissa@taylorandeyre.co.uk.
